Went here as a day to relax for my sister’s birthday. Booked the sauna & hot tub. Very nice facility, they even had enough snow to make some snow angels. They have a spout in the sauna to tale a cold shower. We enjoyed the privacy. Remember to bring your own towels!

My better half did this as a well deserved dayte (yes I spelled this intentionally. Get it?) Darcy and Ray are two of the most attentive folk I have met. The sauna is none of that new fangled electric foolishness. Good ol fashion wood fire greatness. The hot tub does not disappoint. And Ray gave one one of the best massages I have ever recieved. His attention to my needs and ability to pick up past injuries was quite impressive.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI called this business almost two weeks ago and left a message inquiring about availability. Never heard back. I then texted them today asking about availability. I was looking for Monday appointments. On their website it says open 7 days a week 10-9:30 by appointment. The text I received back said “Monday is our day off”. Wow what customer service! No “thanks for the inquiry” or “sorry we took so long to respond”. I don’t even know who responded to me as they couldn’t bother to introduce themselves. What an awful way to treat prospective clients. We were looking to get massages and use the facility but I guess they don’t need the business.
