Would not recommend Katie. She embarrassed me in front of the entire salon because I asked Katie to fix the horrible job she left on my hands. Nails lumpy. Uneven. Crooked. I guess we ran short on time so she hurried to get me out. Scheduled to leave at 11, it was 11:06. I was referred to Katie to do my bridal nails, unfortunately. I think her clientele is solid so she hasn’t done a new set of hands in awhile. I still paid for the nails because I wouldn’t take away from anyone’s livelihood that’s not my nature but I definitely would not recommend her. She is very rude and will not hesitate to yell at you. She wasn’t very accommodating because she didn’t even have a recommendation to give me to send me somewhere else. She actually yelled at me when i asked. I’m not familiar with the area so that would have been nice to atleast send me somewhere else. Overall she has a big attitude , thank God I’ll never see her again, nor would recommend. A person will never forget a bad experience. She should have understood the pressures I was under, being a bride and all but she didn’t care. She cared more about getting me the hell out of there , with the Ugliest nails in town. I went to queensbury to have a nail salon down there take them off and redo and the entire salon were cackling at how horrible they looked. They were surprised I paid. But again times are tough and Katie needed my money more than me so I wrote the check anyway lol. Anyways, I do not recommend.
