I used to like this salon. I went yesterday with my daughter for a mani pedi. Their prices went up to $65.00, which I understand in this economy. However, the quality went down! No foot and leg massage, no hand massage. I told the girl doing my pedi that I wanted the same color for my mani, but she lost/misplaced the color and had to compromised on the color which I am not pleased with. The same girl who did my mani, did my daughter’s. My daughter did not get the ends of her nails polished and they are rough to the touch. My daughter didn’t get the foot and hand massage either. What should have been an hour appointment turned into 1 3/4 hours. They were past closing and rushed our appointment.

Me and my girlfriend found this place and they have been so lovely here! They fixed our broken nails from a previous place and the prices are so reasonable! They are very nice and helpful, I do the dip for my fingernails and we have had pedicures there and they are fabulous! Callus removal, Nail designs, Pedicure, Nail art, Dip powder, Manicure

New place to get my nails done! Daughter brought me here to meet mother and daughter nail techs (owner) plus another nail tech who gave me a great manicure!

Alas, I wanted to really like this place. It’s close to home and a manicure is a good price. However, I’m an OPI girl. When I walked in and saw that they weren’t using OPI, I should’ve left, but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Problem 1–not a good manicure, very little work was done on the sides of my fingertips; 2-no treatment of my cuticles; 3-the tips of my nails were not gone over (sealed) before top coat was applied (my manicure and gels are 4 days old in these pictures). Very disappointed.

Rose and her team do amazing nails. I’ve been a customer of Rose’s way before she opened Riverside, and I look forward to being her customer for many years to come.

4 nails chipped the next day. Even with 2 coats, I could see through the red OPI nail polish. Perhaps it’s diluted?

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWORST PLACE EVER!!! We had appointments and the nail tech doing my friend just gets up and leaves her to do a pedicure. Never says a word. Just gets up and leaves. My tech spent 90% of her time on a personal call. Do NOT go here.Service: Manicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI had gone to Riverside Nails a couple of times before, they did decent work, despite the woman being a bit short with me the other times I went, it was close and convenient so I went back. After this time I will NOT be going back. The woman who started doing my pedicure( a different person from the last time) was so rough, she was stretching my big toe way to the side, I kind of pulled my foot away to let her know. But then she even more forcefully was using the device that trims the skin etc and she made me bleed but even after that kept going. So I said ouch that really hurts finally and pulled my foot away again, she then proceeded to grab my foot and started pulling away at my skin and I said “no! Ouch” And she finally put an ointment on my bleeding toe and told me to put my foot in the water, not even apologizing or anything, at that point I actually felt scared of her, so I just walked out. I really don’t understand why she kept trying to pull the skin after I said “that hurts”, I don’t know if it was a language barrier or if she was actually trying to hurt me. It was scary and I will not be going back.Service: PedicureI had gone to Riverside Nails a couple of times before, they did decent work, despite the woman being a bit short with me the other times I went, it was close and convenient so I went back.
