As well as brow tinting. Lisa was my stylist and knew exactly what I wanted and she has worked on my hair for the last year to help me obtain a look I like, and is quite effortless to style everyday.Next I came in for a facial. Melanie performed this amazingly wonderful service. I felt so a pampered when I came out of facial bliss. She told me what she was doing and answers my questions as they came up. She also never pushed me to buy anything but rather showed me the products she used and left the decision to me. Without hovering over me. I love that!!!Then…. I came for my luxurious mani/pedi. Christina went over and above what anyone else in my 50+ years of life has every done when getting this service. She’s was thorough and gentle. I has an issue with one of my toenails and she gently corrected it. My hands and feet look and feel amazing. Also even at the end of my day long after I left the salon my feet were still very soft and moisturized. Which has never happened anywhere else I have been.I have found my goto spot for my self care needs! The place is beautiful and serene. The staff is so friendly. Wow. The spa is stunning and spotless. Everything was clean, fresh, and smelled amazing. The sauna was wonderful to relax in before my massage. The cucumber water was a nice touch. Tanya did a phenomenal job making me feel comfortable and working out the tension in my shoulders. I would highly recommend the spa for full relaxation and comfort!

Critical: Professionalism*I have phone records and pictures to prove our timing and arrival.* traveled in for a wedding. Made 3 blowout appointments SIX months ago. I called at 11:59 to apologize, we got lost. We were 13 min out (they said no problem) we were ONLY getting blowouts. Pulling into the parking lot at 12:12 and they said they cancelled our appointments. My mom was crying because it was her only day to spoil her daughter in law/daughter. She went inside crying. We said we don’t need hot tools, just wash and blow dry. They still said nope! Ruined our whole day to be quite honest. Horrible customer service.
