My prior dermatologist saw me several times over the years and never checked my moles/skin. Dr. Dy did a full body exam and explained the differences of all my moles and lucky for me nothing was detrimental to my health. The Doctor and staff were courteous, thoughtful and efficient. I’ll definitely return in a year or sooner if needed.

Everyone was very friendly, they did an excellent job explaining what the procedure would be and checking on how I was doing throughout the procedure. They were highly skilled and efficient. The facility is clean ,neat and well designed. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I have never left a poor review in my entire life for any business or service. But this morning was so upsetting for me that I hope you take this feedback and approach things differently. When I made this appointment nobody informed me that she would only be able to look at one of the two things I was coming in for. Which started happening at the same time. When I arrive they tell me that I have to choose what I want the doctor to consult me on because she goes really deep into the specific issues you come in for. I was with the doctor for probably 5 min maybe a little more, didn’t seem that in depth to me. I’m also not walking away feeling confident that I know what is happening or how to really fix it. Then as they are walking me out they tell me ok we will book you another appointment for your other issue and a follow up. I tell them no thank you I will not be booking again here, you would think they would ask me why but they could have honestly cared less. Just really disappointing that you take time off work to try to see a professional help you with something and your time and money is completely wasted and your disregarded as an actual person. Very very disappointed. I hope you do better because patients deserve it.

As I noted in my initial visit, Dr. Dy was very informative about what I have (something that many doctors skimp on), what additional treatment would take care of it and how well. This is one doctor appt I actually love to go to. Stephanie is my caretaker. She and her staff are always so cheerful, helpful and truly care ab each one of their patients they treat. Stephanie is totally on top of her game. There has never been a question asked of her she couldn’t answer. This includes an explanation of what the cause is, how to fix it and hopefully how to prevent it from happening again. After leaving my dermatologist from the northeast, that I was affiliated with for over 40 years, I was skeptical of finding a worthy new doctor in this field. He was the best in the county. With a glance, he could diagnose immediately what the issue was. Never did I think I’d find any one even close to his expertise. Stephanie, at Riverchase, has put that anxiety to rest. I’m truly grateful to have her caretaking myself and my family.
