Received thorough instructions of procedure to be performed, and aftercare of sites. Not being rushed through the appointment, help decrease my anxiety of not knowing what to expect. Since my first visit I felt welcomed and heard for my concerns with acne. My provider was receptive to my concerns and offered a treatment plan that has worked out amazingly. The staff has always been pleasant and my provider has been incredible. I would definitely recommend!

I was seen 45-60 minutes after my scheduled appointment time which in and of itself is annoying. While undressed, laying on the exam table with one of the assistants in the room with me another assistant came in without knocking and said “you are in my patients chart and you just erased everything I entered, we have a Susan and a Suzanne here and you’re in the wrong chart”. 2 things with this…the professionalism of the assistant that barged in was lacking, and my confidence in having the certainty that my information actually went in under me has left me feeling less than confident in the internal operations of this practice and the carelessness of the staff. I will however give them another chance simply because they were all pleasant enough in their nature and I am hoping the experience I received was a one off and they were just having a bad day.

Dr Lee was so calm and reassuring. He explained everything so that I understood and was able to make informed decisions about my procedure. Kaylee was so sweet and kind. They both have the ability to calm you if you’re feeling a bit anxious.

From the minute you walk into the office you feel comfortable and welcome. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. Once you leave the waiting area the kind reception continues. I highly recommend this practice and especially nurse practitioner Laura and her team.

Today was better than other visits timing wise. I was brought to my exam room very quickly, changed into a paper gown, and waited for 20-25 minutes. It is very cold in the rooms. Sitting up was uncomfortable so I laid down and decided to take a nap while I waited. The doctor’s visit was quick and efficient, a skin sample was taken, and I was on my way.

I paid a visit to my regular dermatologist for my annual screening. During my visit she found a spot on my forehead that concerned her. She removed a small piece and sent it in to the lab for testing. It came back as cancerous. I had a melanoma. I then made an appointment to meet with one of their surgeons to have the remaining melanoma removed. It was explained to me that the procedure would be a series of small samples being taken from the area with testing occurring between each removal to verify whether the cancer was completely removed or not.
