They were very accomodating once I let them know I had another appointment within an hour close to their office. You have to speak up though because they would never know. Good personnel. My doctor was very practical just hope he does not retire before my next visit! lol

I have been going to Riverchase for almost 10 years and over the past few years I have noticed a decline in service with Dr. Golomb and disappointed with not getting small procedures done on the day of visit. This has now happened on multiple occasions and it is really frustrating. Today I went in expecting to get a procedure done to only be told I have to schedule another appointment due to the doctor being sick last week, having a bunch of patients afterwards, and needing another room to use for better lighting. I can understand if this was a one time occurrence, but this has now happened on multiple occasions. I don’t know if this is standard practice here now, but I have talked to other dermatologist offices about the specific procedure that I need completed and been told it can be done on the same day of the first visit without having to schedule another appointment. This procedure, as said by the doctor, is a simple quick procedure, so I am just so aggravated that I drive the 20 minutes to the office just to have an examination and then told to schedule another appointment on a different day.

Was admitted 25 minutes after appointment and saw doctor 40 minutes after appointment. Doctor wanted to charge $100 per each spot on face where other skin doctors charge $100 and will do several spots in a few minutes.

First appointment here and saw Dr. Burns. He is very pleasant and gave me options for a cyst and left the final decision up to me, he didn’t pressure me one way or another. His nurse Bea was fantastic and friendly. Thank you both for listening and making me feel like I am important and not just a paycheck. The receptionist was awesome also

First let me say horrible, horrible experience but the staff from the front desk to the doctor made it as good as it could have been. It’s one thing to be friendly and helpful in normal situations but to have the balance of compassion, concern, and confidence displayed at Riverchase Dermatology was phenomenal. This is what medical treatment should aspire to achieve.
