The pedicure was amazing! The guy that did my nails should NOT be allowed to work on anyone. The worst nails I’ve ever had.i am so disappointed. My daughter went in to have her nails done. She showed the tech a picture and explained what she wanted. It took hours longer than expected. When the work was completed it was wrong. We came back the next day to get the work fixed and now they claim it’s not something that can be done. She has asked for them to be removed so we can have them done at a different salon. I’m sure we will be charged for the removal. Not what we expected after trying to support local shops. I’m glad she paid with a CC at least we can dispute the charges.

Critical: ProfessionalismI use to love coming here but the last few times the service has been lackluster! I had been a loyal customer for 2 years plus the previous time before the last time my dip polish was bumpy and came off after a week.The final straw was when I came to get my feet done and the nail tech cut my toe nail way beneath the line but left the other one even when I told the owner the nail tech argued and said she said I could cut them down and I did but I never said down to the quick and uneven from the other toe and the owner blamed it on her not being able to speak English which was a cop out that has nothing to do with rushing and making someones toes uneven big toes at that! Also they don’t have enough techs so it’s always a long wait! I have not been back since! You don’t get to take my money and not do the job right!
