LOVED this place! Hot springs were gray and removed every ache and pain we had. Love the set up where you have your own individual hot tub with the hot springs. Very private and clean. We could hear the birds chirping and see the trees. They offer different packages with or without alcoholic beverages, chocolates, or other spa treatments. The water looks murky but that’s the minerals. Sulphur smell was low. We had the hot tub for an hour. Towels are $2.50 each or bring your own. The showers were great! Wonderful staff.

We found this cute little spa spot on accident in looking for things to do while visiting for vacation. We very much enjoyed the adorable hot tub (#16), that had shade and a great view. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5 was because the staff seemed VERY busy and we’re really able to give extra attention to guests that you’d expect at a spa. They were nice, but not overly helpful. Definitely recommend going during sale days!

Our experience was so beautiful and perfect!! We just did the mineral soak but I wish I had gotten one of the packages with cheese or chocolate or their spa packages! My skin feels so smooth and nice! Definitely will be back!

I took my mom for her birthday, I called about 2 weeks before to reserve my place. They were nice. I got the birthday special which included a wine bottle. It was my mom’s first time doing an activity like this one.

After a long couple days soaking in a nice hot hot spring with an amazing view was just what the dr ordered. The employees were very welcoming and helpful from the time I walked through the doors till I walked out. The one downfall I had was the ants that made their way into my clothes while I soaked, I didn’t realize till after I put my clothes on and got my flashlight out to see what crawling on me needless to say there needs to be better lighting on the outdoor hot tubs.

Booked reservations in advance for a bridal party and upon arriving, one of our members had an immediate family emergency- involving a passing of a loved one and had to leave and commute 2.5 hours back to Fresno. The rest of the party went in to let the front office staff know that we could not stay for our reservations due to the emergency and needed to be with our loved ones and help with the drive back home. They still required us to pay for our services. We asked if we can pay for them in advance and put them on a gift card to come back to use at a later date. They didn’t care. They weren’t understanding. God forbid one of their parents died and they were given poor customer service and had to deal with people that don’t have a kind human heart and just cared about their money– that’s the bottom line, they wanted their money. They must not understand what an emergency is.
