Overall I think this is a great salon. The pricing is a good, and they do offer good quality manicures and the design for me and my friend got was fantastic!! See pictures for reference. The hand drawn design on her nails didn’t even take too long, and it was done perfectly. I will definitely go back.

I went in to get my nails done on the 30th. It has only been TWO DAYS and all the designs on my nails are peeling off. Not to mention the one of my nails have a big dent in it. I paid $55 for this no-chip acrylic set and it couldn’t even last a full 48 hours. I am definitely going back to get a refund because this wasn’t worth it.

I’ve been coming to this place for more than five years now. Got my nails done for my wedding and all. But recently the service has declined. With the amount of money I’ve spent here, I’m so disappointed. Each time the quality has gotten worse. I just left with my daughter. Myself getting a no chip manicure and my daughter getting a regular manicure. My nails were cut down uneven and misshapen. My daughters nails looked like a ten year old did her manicure. Bumpy and sloppy. This was the last time I’d continue to give my money to a business that doesn’t care about quality anymore. I might as well burn it. My daughter felt her person rushed through and said he started the top coat before the polish dried leaving air bubbles and streaks. I just hate wasting money on bad quality service. Frustrated.

The lady who did my nails cut the bottom part of my cuticle. It’s been 3 weeks since and it’s still healing. Couldn’t even enjoy my fully manicure because I had to keep it covered so it didn’t get infected. Reached out and no one did anything about it. The nail was also really thickly put on.

Been a client here for over 2 years and today was very disappointing. Sadly and frustratingly, will not return. I paid full price for a half done treatment and when I tried to ask or explain, the techs laughed and did not understand at all. I have given this nail salon quite a few tries. They do a decent job SOMETIMES and I’ve gone time after time out of convenience of location. Quality is not at all what they provide. I recently experienced a horrible service with their “no chip” TWICE!! (Please see photos) I tried calling them for a refund of the second manicure and got completely disrespected. Please go elsewhere. I will be advising my mom, sisters, and friends to do so as well. River Nail Spa, do better. Horrible. Never again.

This place is horrible !!! My did not come out how I wanted them than the manager of the place is telling me that my nail bed is different from the other one that’s why the nails look different which makes no sense! DONT EVER GO HERE!!! I will be disputing my money $55 for something I do not like ! Ridiculous . My thumb nail is bigger than the other nail my pinky one as well look totally different . This place really sucks !!!

Leah is amazing! I do acrylics with her and she always takes the time to look into detail after doing something to make sure they’re good, and if not she goes back and fixes it. She always asks after doing something to make sure i’m happy with it.
