Critical: QualityI arrived early on a weekday to get a manicure done. I was the only one there and the lady was so careless with her work. All she wanted to do was watch the show , eat some fruit, and talk with the other coworkers. I waited sooo long for her to start, & when she finally decided to start she filed my nails down with her machine until I felt pain and burning. I never had a bad experience like this one before. I arrived early on a weekday to get a manicure done. I was the only one there and the lady was so careless with her work. All she wanted to do was watch the show , eat some fruit, and talk with the other coworkers. I waited sooo long for her to start, & when she finally decided to start she filed my nails down with her machine until I felt pain and burning. I never had a bad experience like this one before. I won’t be coming back to them anymore.

Critical: Punctuality10 minutes became 30, I walked out at 45. Look if you can’t take me say so. I hate just sitting there, be honest snd say you’re too busy. Too busy means you’re good, which means I would go back. But I waited 45 minutes snd not one tech finished, nor was I advised it would take a little longer. This is the second time this happened.
