Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have gone to several nail salons in the city and have always returned to River Nails. Trish is great, always takes the time to make my nails looks perfect and genuinely cares about her customers. You can tell they have a lot of regulars because she greets people by name when they walk in. She also did my wedding manicure!

Avoid this place!!!! Worst manicure ever. Doesn’t even look like they touched my cuticles and uneven nail length. Save your money. The lady was very rude as well!

I am currently sitting at this establishment waiting for them to open (they are supposed to open at 9:30am) and all lights are off and doors locked. I chose to come here due to them opening earlier than the other nail salons in Farmington, because I work night shift and get off at 7:30 in the morning. Now it is 10 minutes until 10:00 am and they are still not open. Will be going somewhere else. Not sure if there is some holiday that I’m not aware of that they are closed for but nothing posted on website. Disappointed in this.

My experience with River was just okay. I had a very polite man doing my nails. He was very gentle, but so gentle that my nails chipped within 24 hours. My nails we’re beautiful but did not last long at all.

Horrible experience. I was there with my family to get my nails done before my wedding. I had the owner giving me a pedicure. He was the rudest person. I had a sprained ankle and let him know in advance which one to be a gentle with, he was tossing the foot around hitting it on the tub. Then when I asked for the color he said he could do, he gets the wrong color I let him know in advance that is not what I wanted (it didn’t match for my wedding) and he gets even ruder. To the point where I ask for someone else to do my fingers nails and was told no. They ruined what should have been a fun day. I walked out with out getting my finger nails done and with toes not even close to how I wanted, and to top it off I left in tears. My family and myself will not be going back to a place that is that mean to customers.

They did an amazing job!!! Both my daughter and my nails look great. We came close to closing time and they didnt rush or say they didn’t have time to get both of us done. John thank you for the fantastic job!!!

Very dissatisfied…tried this place 3 times, I was unhappy all three times. I like my nails long and I get the shellaced with with French tips. They ask if I wanted them cut down I said no….so they filed them short and uneven. I very specifically told them I liked my nails long so each time I ended up with them way shorter than I like them. Today I went they tried to get me to accept services I didn’t want. Then they did what they did the first two times filed my nails too short. This time I told them I could not finished. I paid them for their services and left. I will never go back. I go to Festus to get my nails done and I will continue to do so. Three strikes you are out River Nail.

Very nice place! Very friendly. They did a good job on my toes. Girl was a little rough. Last time I went I liked the other person better but everyone is different! Would recommend and go back!
