I was looking for a closer med spa to my residence and decided to give River Med Spa a shot! I was warmly welcomed and given a brief tour of the spa. The spa is very well-kept and clean. Kelsey was equally personable and performed my RIVER Hydrating Peel after assessing my face and verifying my needs. I appreciated that she read my forms I completed ahead of time. Kelsey was good about asking about any pain levels along the way and this peel was VERY easily performed and tolerated (surprisingly for my sensitive skin-this was my first peel experience). I was very impressed with the spa and will definitely add them to my “go to” places.

I had a facial done by Kelsey Lamirande and I enjoyed the experience tremendously. She was great and I love the aftercare packet that she gave me to use for seven days after the facial. I actually had someone ask me if I had changed my make up after my facial and I didn’t have any make up on at all! Great experience and will definitely be going back!

The staff is friendly and really care about you and your results. Very professional, skilled and knowledgeable. After the consultation and examination their recommendations were spot on for my individual face. The first procedure was the IPL ( intense pulse light ) no down time! I had marvelous results in wrinkles, lifted jowls and tightened skin! About a month later I had Microneedling procedure which again minimal down time and pain. The results were spectacular! It removed my tiny veins around my nose, minimized a scar on my forehead and evened skin tone. I felt more confident and believe it took years off my face. Just in time for our retirement celebration cruise! I highly recommend them.
