Poor service and very few color options. The polish I chose wasn’t actually available. Instead of telling me to choose another color, the nail tech picked something else for me and proceeded to paint my toes. When I saw the color and said it was wrong, it seemed we were just having a communication error on the polish number. Finally, though, they admitted that my original color choice wasn’t in stock. When I finally settled on something else, she painted over the other 2 coats of the wrong polish… My toes didn’t dry right with so many layers and were ugly a day later. For $38 I am not happy. I’ve now been waiting 30 minutes for a polish change they want $8 to do for me. I’m guessing repeat business isn’t a priority to them. My husband hated his paint job since they didn’t do the tips/ends of his nails, for some reason. We will not be back.

I had a manicure and she was in a hurry and cut my cuticles with the drill on two fingers… I decided I couldn’t trust her to do the gel… plus my fingers where burning from the glue that she put on without asking me…then wanted to charge me $20 for removing the gel and a poor manicure… I will never go back especially since she became argumentative… I’m done !!!

Both my fiancé and I have also had pedicures here and Ann and Kin are fantastic with those as well. I’ve been going to Rivermark nails for about 4 months for gel manicures mostly. Kim does a fantastic job. She has great attention to detail and always makes sure my nails are perfect. She also does a really good job at recommending colors and making sure I get exactly what I want. Both my fiancé and I have also had pedicures here and Ann and Kin are fantastic with those as well. The salon is very clean and the women are total professionals!

If I could give less than a star I would. The lady did my nails and most of the nails were uneven. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they were square. I asked her to please fix them and she made no effort into doing that. She sped through it instead of taking her time. I paid 10$ extra for diamonds all over my ring fingers and she made it look really bad. All the diamonds were spaced out and not all all what I wanted. I came back because I wanted to them to refund my money cause the girl really messed up my nails. They wouldn’t refund me so I told them you will fix my nails. She said fine and tried to fix my nails. Did not fix the uneven length. Still looked square. All she did was change the color and she was going to charge me extra for putting sparkles on my ring fingers when I paid 60$ for these nails. She didn’t even put the last coat on my right hand so my nails on the left had shine and my right hand look matte. THE LADIES HERE ARE RUDE AND LACK BASIC MANNERS. SUPER UNHYGIENIC AS WELL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE HAS BAD REVIEWS FOR A REASON. I wish I went somewhere else to spend my money. Again wish I could give less than a star.
