Critical: Professionalism, ValueNot worth the price.My elderly mom and I went in for a “splurge” after Covid restrictions were done. The salon is beautiful. It was empty except for us, many employees hanging out at front desk.We asked for cut and style, I was paired with a young stylist whom it seems recently started. Although there was a nice area of assorted beverages available, I was never asked if I wanted anything. Stylist seemed to be somewhat bored, she didn’t really listen to what I wanted, just wanted to get done and get us out.Mom’s stylist was the same, took more time with her than I received, but not very personable.Quite expensive for what we received.I could understand a premium cost if the staff were more friendly, more involved with what they are doing, and if we’d been pampered and treated really well. Not the case at all.I think if you go in looking really wealthy they may treat you better?
