Today was my first visit and I must say that I had a great experience. I came in off of a Groupon I had purchased for a full set of highlights, a haircut in a blowout and I had received phenomenal customer care. Dawn was my stylist and her work was Beyond expectation . I would recommend this beautiful establishment and wonderful hairdressers to everyone I know. The inside is beautiful and comfortable and the staff are very welcoming and professional.

Avoid this place. The owner of this salon Debra is very unprofessional and rude person. My daughter and her friend (high school seniors) bought $50 off deal from Groupon for highlighting & straightening they were super excited since it was their first time. They called about a few weeks in advance and booked appointment for this past Saturday May 4th @ 12:30 When they went there Debra told them “This offer is only valid with Sedny another hair dresser who’s is sick and not working today so you have to pay the full price if you want done” what a B.S the Groupon offer is presented by Riva Salon not by Sedny. Not just that she made them come back after 3 hours and was treating them very rude , no respect on top of that when it was my Daughter ‘s friend turn to do her hair she only did the highlight and skipped the straightening claiming is too late and she needs to close and yet she charged her full price $130.

Don’t bother with Groupon! Down charged me double “because big volume and long her”. Gave me an attitude at the moment she learned I have bought Groupon. If not extended planning just to have couple of hours for myself and already paid online I would walk out right at that moment. The cut is ok, but the highlights came out as one color with roots showing. Whole atmosphere was dreadful and spoiled the time I was hoping to relax. Will never go there again.

Purchased gel manicure off of Groupon, made appointment, received text confirming my appointment.. went there..was told person was running late, sat there for another 15 mins still a No-show! Women that was working asked if i wanted to re-schedule, said i will call. Will never go back!
