Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst service ever! I went with bestfriend and this lady took advantage of us! She yelled at us and beat on us. She did my nails for $55 mind you thats a $45 set everywhere! At first she told me $45 then say $55! This is terrible . I called them to repaint my nails since they messed up 10 minute after doing them! My nails had red hair on it, I’m black and my hair color is brown so there’s no way! The worst service ever! I went with bestfriend and this lady took advantage of us! She yelled at us and beat on us. She did my nails for $55 mind you thats a $45 set everywhere! Got my nails done yesterday, I’m not going back. the lady that had did my pedi had me waiting so she can get her nails done b4 she started my pedi. Then she cut me by the cuticle on my toe. Next I got a full set and I told this Asian guy I wanted pointy tips, he made them soo uneven and crooked and I kept telling him he’s like no its fine and he was getting upset when I kept telling him to fix it. He filed my nail too much and couldn’t even fix it cause the nail was too skinny. Then cut me while he was filing my nails not one finger but a few. I told him to be gentle and he’s like oh it’s his nails he was being rough. Another thing is while he was using the machine to smooth out the nails he ran over it with my skin and then looked at me talking about why you moving and I said you cut me and his response was no you okay. I think his name is Joe or something. But he’s the skinny Asian dude that smokes I think he the owner. But anyways I’m not going back especially not letting those 2 do my nails since they wana be cutting people’s skin off and not be gentle with it!

The worst place todo your nails if you not doing fake nails. They don’t even know how to properly hold the nail polish. This photo was from 1/2 an hour after I dis them.

Went to make my nails. We concluded the price, after the rude man put glue and nails on my ten fingers, he insisted I must add extra $5. I showed him the nails I wanted prior to negotiating price. I just had to let go. I cried because I feel robbed. He waited until he glued my nails before adding money. Even the customer service was against him bcos she was there from the beginning. This is the worst place to get your nails. Don’t let that old man extort you.

Critical: QualityI went to this nail salon cause the one usually go to is out of commission right now. But this is the 1st and last time going here. My nails look terrible. I came for a fill in and I had tell the man how to do his job. He didn’t cut the part of the nails that’s lifting. He made them thick and then tried to add 3 coats of nail polish. And might I add he don’t know how to paint nails. I went to this nail salon cause the one usually go to is out of commission right now. But this is the 1st and last time going here. My nails look terrible. Nails are very over priced for the job done. Its rushed and my nail shape never comes out neat. One nail is either smaller than the other or thinner. I was told the old owners Jay and and his wife left. They were the best nail techs there. I never had a problem with them. Recently the other older man that worked with them did my nails. Dude smelled of cigarettes, he rushed my nails. Two of my nails popped off with in 2 days. Terrible job. Will never come again unless Jay and his wife returners
