I’ve been coming to Ritz Nails for a little over two years now and Let me tell you that Megan and Lilly are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! If I can’t get an appointment with them- I would rather walk around with a broken nail and ugly toes. They are the only two ladies that have always over exceeded my expectations. They are kind, gentle and truly know the meaning of customer service. Megan is the queen of pedicures and massages and Lilly is the queen of manicures, acrylics and Gel-X. 10/10 I recommend.

I love this nail salon. They do a beautiful job, have wonderful people who work there, an extensive variety of colors and styles, are clean and sanitary, and have space between the customers. It is always an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Gel pedicure – 4 stars, Gel Poly Fill mani – 3 stars. Overall 3.5 stars. Pedi was good, slightly overpriced compared to other spots just as good. Definitely not pleased with the mani however, waaaaaayy too thick and unnatural looking.

I just went this afternoon for an eyebrow clean up and pedicure. The technician doing my eyebrows was rushing with her tweezers and nicked my skin in 4 different places under the same eyebrow! On top of that my “deluxe” pedicure was a joke and my feet feel the same as when I went in and the polish job is horrible. You can see edges of the 2nd coat on the nails. This was my first time going to Ritz based on recommendations and I should have just driven to my usual Costa Mesa salon. This is what I get for trying to stay closer to home. A refund is completely warranted for this kind of service.
