Ritz Nails is my go-to salon to get my nails done here in the Kansas City area! Their customer service is amazing and they really go above and beyond for their clients! I’ve never had a bad experience in this salon and I recommend it to everyone who asks! They are always accommodating to the client; making sure they like their nails/design every step of the way! I have personally had Ly more than once as my nail tech, and she is so kind and detailed oriented – as well as the rest of the nail technicians! 11/10 recommend this as the salon you NEED to go to!!!

Katie did an absolutely amazing job on my nails for my wedding! I showed her a photo and she recreated it exactly the way I wanted (but even better). They turned out so amazing. Ryan did an amazing job with my pedicure and helped me pick something that would look good with the mail design I did. I did the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing. Was so relaxing and felt great and the end result looks awesome!

She takes her time to make sure that my nails are smooth, shaped properly and the designs match up on every nail. She is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful technique. Everyone at the salon is very kind and they seem to remember me and always give me the best service. Also, when Yang was out of town, I had Lu do my nails and the turned out great as well. Exactly like the picture I showed them. I went in after getting a bad set at another salon. Soon as I walked in and explained my situation, I knew I was in good hands (no pun intended). They did their best to fix what I already had but I decided to get them removed and redone. Teddy did an amazing job. It also looked like there were lots of other repeat/loyal customers coming in too. Excellent nail salon!

Ritz Nails is great! I called a day ahead to schedule an appointment, and they easily got me the time I wanted. This was my first experience getting a manicure and pedicure, and I can say this was a great first time. Coming into the shop I was nervous, but I left with beautiful nails. When you walk in you will be asked to sign in at the front desk, and then they will tell you what table to sit down at, and this is when I met Tom! Tom did incredible work on my nails. I loved them more than the picture I saw of the design on Pinterest! Go see Tom for sure!

10/10 recommend going to see Hailey!! She did AMAZING!! She is funny and listened to my whole life story and never once made me feel like I was annoying! She is nothing short of talented and she did my nails EXACTLY how I pictured them!! I think I just found my new favorite nail salon!!
