When I first called I made an appointment for a manicure with my friend who got a pedicure. The lady began to push me to get a gel manicure but I politely declined. After going to pick out my colors she came back over and tried to push the gel manicure back on me once again and I declined again she started to ask me what I had against gel nails. When I was seated the man asked me what color gel nail polish I would like. I told him I would like a french nail but only in regular polish. During the manicure he did not say one word to me, I did not receive any of the spa manicure benefits. When it came time to painting my nails he did not even put a base coat down he slop down the white for the french and then constantly put on acetone to fix his mistake, he was clearly not able to do this skill. In the end my nails did not turn out looking good. When I watched him ring up my bill he wrote down $145 for a french manicure. He then went to his lady friend and started laughing then went outside and never came back to me again. I was very upset. When I was done I went to their pricing and made it very clear their they say their manicures are only $17 and a french is $5. I will never be returning to such a rude and money crazy place.

First off, this place is now V.I.P. Nails, new owners within the last year. I have worn nails for 6 years now and will not go anywhere else. I am very particular about how my nails are done as well. I only go to Tony. He is the manager there, and for GREAT reasons. He takes his time and will always let you double check his work and make sure you are satisfied every step of the way. Just came back from there now and I’m always happy with my nails!

I recently went there to get a pedicure with my mother. As soon as the lady told the gentleman to give me a pedicure he rolled his eyes. Very Rude. Didn’t even say Hi. My mother was next to me and had a lady give her a pedicure. She was awesome. My guy was done with me while my mother was still getting an amazing foot massage. He massaged my feet for 10 seconds. As soon as he was done he ran to his car to talk on the phone. If I ever go back I will request the woman.

If it was possible to give a zero I would. My friend and I booked appointments for pedicures and fills. They didn’t say anything to us but they argued with each other about it. We waited over 20 minutes. They let friends who entered from the back of the store go before us. We had enough. They never said a word to us. Waste of time!

New to the area and my mom and I decided to see if we could get a pedicure at 6:30pm. Even tho they closed soon they took both of us in right away and did not rush our pedicure. It was one of the best pedicures we have had in a long time. The ladies were very nice and we had a great night before I headed back to college!

Worse experience ever!! All the girl wanted was my money and leave. She was in a hurry and my nails are so cricket! If I could post a picture everyone would not be happy too!! I hate to see what my real nails are going to look like. 🙁 If they are going to run a nail business they should do a good job!! I work retail and I have customers asking about my nails and it’s really bad when a customer notice how bad they are! DON’T RUN A NAIL BUSINESS AND DO A TERRIBLE JOB BECAUSE IT’S YOUR JOB TITLE TO DO WONDERFUL NAILS!

This was the worst pedicure ever. Very dirty restroom. The tweezers actually hurt and continue to hurt 2 hours later and 3 nails are completely messed up. $35 out the window. And the man actually smoked a cigarette in ther building while we were waiting for the nails to dry.

I can believe how bad of there skill it, they run both of there salon and 3 of us try it all, they’re not like professional salon, 3 of us paid 3 gel full set for $165 in 2 days it broke and it chip off.we go back and they had a bad attitude,we went home and we look at the reviews on Google, they try to give other local business a bad bad rate review so they can have more customer but God don’t make them do that. they need real skill, clean salon and professional. Rate reviews only for real skill,clean shop and professional.
