They came out so beautifully, and I didn’t feel like he was in a rush or anything even though they required a bit of extra attention. Conversation was great, environment was relaxed and inviting, and pricing is beyond reasonable! I will definitely be back as I’ve now found my new “go to” place for my manicure needs!

I only get my nails done for very special occasions and this is the only place I will go. I make the drive from Novi and it’s worth it every time! I had my first set done by Alex and he did a phenomenal job on my nails – he made my mom and I laugh almost the entire time.

I hate to be the one to do this, but before I start with the negative, I want to put out the good & YES I GOT MY NAILS DONE HERE. Well, these are my nails now after 3 weeks!! They look amazing, right?! Christine is that one. She has been doing my nails faithfully every 3 weeks. I moved from Ohio & really needed to find a new home & this was the one. Christine is very polite. Not a bone of frustration. She will do anything you present to her. So please, please, you’re looking for someone fire, please find her . Overall, just about everyone is polite in there. Very welcoming. Give it a shot; however, my last visit wasn’t the most pleasant. I must say, I caused a few inconveniences with the owner (Alex) & apologized to him & he shouted in front of everyone that I’m causing him inconveniences & that he doesn’t have the time, as I was checking out with Christine. Here I am being Understanding & just said, “okay. Maybe he’s having a bad day because this isn’t like him.” I broke a nail & went back about 3-4 days later & the salon fixed it with no charge, which was wonderful, but as I went in, I spoke to Alex & was given the most smug-dismissive demeanor & looked up from his work & immediately looked back down & honestly, you can have the most A1, top-notch work in the world, but customer service is EVERYTHING. Before writing this review, I asked Alex did I need to take my money elsewhere, again trying to make it right, I was told I was being disrespectful & that I’m always welcomed to come back but more than likely, he won’t speak!! Immediately confused. I found a new home IMMEDIATELY because an owner is supposed to speak. Period. Doesn’t have to be jolly, but hey, acknowledge because I am spending money in your establishment & I tipped pretty dang good. I’ve been a manager for years & have owned my own business, so I understand, so it was owner to ex-owner trying to see eye to eye. I had to go. Again, give it a shot. Just because it didn’t work for me, doesn’t mean it won’t work for you❤️ . Ask for my girl Christine & for Alex, I’d say be veerryyy, veerrryyy punctual & you should be good.

Christina and Alex are the best! They pride themselves in their salon, and strive to make sure that the customers are satisfied. I had a conversation with Alex on my last visit. He said something that I believe all business should live by. “The customer makes our business, if they don’t return, we won’t have a business”. Oh yeah, the prices are amazing also!

I had a pedicure done by Mindy. She is so skilled in giving a pedicure, I thought I was in heaven. She did an excellent job throughout! I will definitely book her again. This place has class.
