I have been coming to Ritz salon since 2015. They really know how to deal with straight hair. The salon is not only clean, but organized. The staff is humble and very professional. They’re always busy, so, don’t expect to be serviced as a walk in. Plus it’s disrespectful to be late. I think you should arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment (anywhere). So, my point is, to give these Ladies a try, they do a phenomenal job. Honestly, go try them out!

Critical: ProfessionalismPoor Service, unprofessional, rude and impolite !!I took an appointment for a hair cut and was 15 mins late. They outrightly asked me to leave, because I was late. I said I could wait until they finish off other customer, they dint care and just asked me to leave. Pathetic! Who asks a customer to leave because they came few mins late for the appointment. Critical: Professionalismde a appointment and she said tomorrow 9 30 am. I said ok.. hair cut and color my hair. and I came there the place then she told she can do only hair cut not color my hair. and of course i dissapointed. because she has a clients. and why she keeps making appointment other people if already have costume that time.. and plus too expenscolor my hair cost 200 bucks.. I’ve been getting my hair cut at Ritz for around 7 years now, and there’s a reason why I keep coming back. Kim truly knows how to cut and style hair to best suit your face. She also has a bunch of products to recommend if interested. Definitely recommend stopping by Ritz (on Irvine Blvd and Yale) for your next hair appointment!
