Andrea is amazing and I absolutely love her as a stylist. I am so sad that I can’t go back. Unfortunately I will not be going back to ritual salon though. $65 unless rescheduled before 48 hours is insanity to me. Doctors offices don’t even have a policy past 24 hours. That is just stealing in my opinion. If you are a mom and things come up, then do not pick this salon. I was without childcare at the last minute but called 2 days before but they charged me $65. I have three kids and work full time. I would understand if this was a same day situation but it is not. Give a little grace and you will keep customers. Trust me ladies….not the salon for moms.

Highly recommend Ritual! I’m super picky with who I let touch my hair & Alicia has been doing it for almost a year now and she is amazing. I even drive an hour to come see her! Everyone at the salon is very nice & welcoming as well!

Quality has gone down tremendously! Customer Service is garbage! They don’t answer the phone and ONLY accept cancellations via phone even though they send out text message updates. I was a loyal customer and they still weren’t open to work with me for not being aware of this policy. Will not be going back here again!! Save your pockets, not worth it!!!
