I have never had anything waxed before and decided I’d start small: eyebrows, ears, and nose. The treatment room was clean, bright, airy, and comfortable. Janet took the time to understand my requests, level set expectations, and reassure me that I’d leave there with 2 eyebrows rather than one or none. Janet is patient, calm, and professional. She clearly explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable about the whole situation.I asked a ton of questions – even about services I was not receiving and went around the room asking about each piece of equipment and it’s purpose and function. Janet was knowledgeable, engaging, and genuine with her responses. She was able to educate me about proper skin care and encouraged me to use sunscreen on my head (yep I’m bald).
