I don’t recommend using them. They’re not very good with their communication. When your leaving Phone call messages and emails, they don’t get back to you. They are very rude and nasty. They need to work on their people skills, How to talk to people, if they want to keep their business open. They don’t give deposits back even though it says on their contract and even if you give them advance notice, They won’t give you back your deposit at all. They’re liars… They don’t honor their contract. They say very nasty things to you. I made the biggest mistake Hiring them for my wedding And put l my wedding in their hands. I thought they were good because They had 5 stars other had good people’s experience. I had the worst experience with them. After this experience I don’t know if I can trust any make up artist or hair stylist. What they did to me was wrong And unprofessional. When I couldn’t make it to my hair trial I canceled to reschedule, I emailed and Called, I got No respond at all. I politely asked for my deposit of $100.00 back.. all I got was an insult nasty email from. My wedding Is next Sunday and now I’m not gonna get the chance to experience what every bride experienced on their wedding day. If you decide to hire them. I just hope you don’t experience what I just went through with them. I’m not gonna recommend them to anybody.
