I’ve heard nothing but good reviews of this place so I walked in for an eyebrow threading and asked them to specifically only shape the tail because I like the shape and thickness of the rest of my eyebrow. First thing they do is exactly what I asked them to please not do. Now half of my eyebrows are gone and they are ridiculously thin. I was so upset and embarrassed of how I looked that I couldn’t even find the words to say something because I was so shocked. Please listen to your clients when they tell you something because I now have to look like this for the next 2-3 months and it’s embarrassing.

The only place around, that I know of, that does eyebrow threading and they do an excellent job. The process is quick (maybe 10 minutes), prices are fair ($15 for eyebrow threading) and the staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly!

And WOW!!!! she was incredible! She shaped my eye brows perfectly, adjusted my top and bottom arches, she even trimmed them for me. I was so happy with my experience. She was such a nice lady, very professional and educated and the shop is very neat and tidy! She worked quickly and painlessly (especially for threading!!!!) but was very precise and shaped my eye brows to suite me! I’m still so thrilled! I am super paranoid about my eye brows so I always do them myself. I decided to open up a little and try Ritaz Parlor for threading. And WOW!!!! she was incredible! She shaped my eye brows perfectly, adjusted my top and bottom arches, she even trimmed them for me. I was so happy with my experience. You could tell she was very experienced in her field. She was very nice and answered any questioned i had fully. This was my first time there and she made me very comfortable. I was able to relax and trust that she knew what she was doing. I highly recommend and next time I’m in the Ohio Valley I will return
