They made my day Honestly, the hospitality, service, everything was perfect. They wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. My hair stylist, Rita, she was amazing. She noticed I had a bad cut, but she did her very best to make sure that it met up to the type of hairstyle I wanted. I’m usually happy with my haircut results with Rita but this time I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back unfortunately. From the start of the appointment I knew something was off when she apparently completely forgot I even had an appointment with her and while in the chair she was back and forth on the phone FaceTiming someone and talking with clients, dealing with the register. I understand she is busy but when you have someone who is paying for a service they deserve your attention, not everyone else. My hair is uneven and choppy and i even mentioned this before leaving the salon but she brushed me off i suppose to take the next client. This is completely unprofessional and i will have to take my business elsewhere in the future for styling.

Went to get a treatment done and my hair came out good I just did not like that I had 2 people doing my hair back and forth and what was suppose to be a 3 hr process somehow turned into 4 hrs because the person doing my hair was all over. She was very nice, just wish they were more attentive

Never go back again!Highlights look bad. The service is not professional. I felt like she was rushing and my hair is wet when I get out from the salon, even though my husband said take your time. Ella is a spoiled brat for sure .

Just moved to Queens and I was skeptical about where to go to get my hair done. This place is incredible! You could literally get all the pampering done under one roof and leave really happy! I got my nails done and my hair cut here and I’m super pleased. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. They talked me through all the options for my nails and hair and did it exactly how I wanted! I asked for short side bangs and layers and I got exactly what I asked for. Not to mention the haircut took 5 minutes so you know they are experienced! They use great quality products and they all know their stuff! Overall, I’m thrilled I chose to come here and I’m really glad there are such kind people around! The perfect welcome I was hoping for. Will definitely be coming back!

After recovering from COVID, my hair started falling out in clumps. I was completely devastated since I had long, thick curly hair. After two months of my hair falling out, I was left with strands of thin long hair which looked horrible. I decided to go for the BIG CHOP. Found this place through Groupon, Munirá did an amazing job. Just be aware that they charge extra for hair length. Overall I had a great experience and the salon is very clean.
