This review is way over due. Rita is the absolute best (I hate to tell everyone so I can keep her for myself)! She takes the time to learn and understand your issues/pain and makes a plan around it. She is very personable and I dread when the session is over. I have had custom massages, cupping, lymphatic drainage and the peppermint head scrub (to die for). Every time I go, I get better and better. So glad I found her by searching these Google reviews =) so you better book now as us regulars will snatch up all the open spots!

I decided 6 months ago that I was going to invest in myself by getting regular massages. I chose Rita for my first massage and it was everything I was looking for. The spa where her practice is located is serene and beautiful. Rita continues the soothing feeling in her calm and peaceful room, with candles and soft music. She always takes the time to ask me if I have any special concerns or areas she needs to concentrate on. She communicates well and is so sweet and friendly. However, she keeps conversation to a minimum during the massage, which is how it should be. I always feel amazing afterwards – relaxed yet energized. I love adding on an “extra” every now and then such as hot stones, a sugar scrub for my feet, or a peppermint scalp massage. I really look forward to my monthly treat. Rita is fantastic!

Every time I have gone has been an amazing massage. She is extremely professional while constantly improving and adding to her skill. This last one that I had was after a knee surgery. She made shire to take extra care in massaging around my knee and leg; along with finding all the knots that were caused by the crutches.
