I worked with a specific artist here that was amazing. She left the shop and I followed. The experience I had with her was great but the owner is a mess. I had an appointment with my artist at 11, my artist called and said they were having a team meeting and to come at noon. Upon my arrival she told me they werent done. I waited in the parking lot for almost 2 hours!!! When I went inside to ask how much longer he just said “5 more minutes”, that was after an hour of waiting. He never apologized for how long I was waiting nor did he apologize to the other clients who had to sit and wait with me. He lashes out at workers if they don’t want to hang out with him, I have watched him demand that female workers go get him food even if they have a client coming in. I will NEVER support a business with a man who has no respect for business.

The artist I saw was Kayla. She did a ring tattoo for me and it turned out great. She has incredible attention to detail and is very knowledgeable with her work. Got a much needed and overdue cover up on my finger from Alina. She cool…explained the whole process and gave the price upfront. Which is much appreciated because no one wants a surprise price after getting a tat. I would recommend Alina and the shop to others. The staff here were extremely professional, i was uncertain about the exact piece i wanted but had a concept in mind. Son one of the artist took the time to show me several designs before we found the perfect idea. At no point did i feel rushed or forced to stick with a specific design. The work i recieved looks phenomenal i highly recommend going there for any work. They even offered a discount for military members.
