We are located in Southern Village in Chapel Hill about 5 minutes from UNC hospital. Our philosophy is that beauty transcends beyond the existence of the actual physical experience. We believe that beauty exists at the core of a person and moves beyond color, shape, size, age, gender, or material means. Our services are meant to not only enhance one’s physical appearance, but should also feed the soul as well. I usually see Megan, who is fabulous, but have also seen other stylists when Megan is not available. The Rishi staff are very professional, and have been flexible when I’ve had to cancel to reschedule. I have been very happy with my services at Rishi, and recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new stylist.

My daughter saw Megan a couple of weeks ago for a hair emergency. My daughters hair got majorly fried due to a hot tool. Megan not only cut the hair that had to go, she conditioned it and gave her a few tips on how to use hot tools and keep her hair nourished. We will definitely be going back! Haircut

I went to rishi salon in chapel hill to get my hair done, never been there before or even heard of it ! My stylist was Megan and she did a fantastic job ! she didn’t make me talk due to my social anxiety she has a sign up in her area saying no need to talk if you don’t feel comfortable and for me it made me feel a little bit better knowing she understood if i didn’t talk the reason behind it. I 10 out of 10 recommend this salon to anyone who’s thinking about going there ! great job guys !

They have an amazing masseuse. The reason they’re only getting two stars is because all three attempts to cut my hair there have been cancelled an hour or two out from my haircut. I scheduled them weeks out, and it’s very disappointing. You’re just stuck with going somewhere else. 🙁
