Rios Golden Cut – Alamo Ranch

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAfter waiting 24 hours to see if I really wanted write a review since I typically don’t like to I’ve decided I still want to. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m 22 and have never cried over a haircut before yesterday. My hair was to my mid back before coming in. If I get it colored or anything but a basic trim I go to a higher quality salon but since this was just a trim I figured I’m fine to go somewhere cheaper since it’s so basic. I regret that now. I asked the women to trim my hair to about my shoulders. No layers or anything just a blunt cut. She started at the back of my head so I could not see what was happening. Not once asked if this is the right length in the front or anything before cutting. By the time I saw the amount of hair I knew it was not what I asked for but there’s no way to go back obviously. By the end I was shocked and didn’t have anything to say and the stylist asked me if I wanted it shorter. I thought this was a joke at first but she was dead serious. My hair was above my chin and not even! I let her know it wasn’t even and her response was oh yea I guess you’re right and evened it out. I can’t even pull half of it up. While getting it done I got the whole run down on her therapy sessions, cheating boyfriend of many years and more. I sat there silent. When I got out of the chair the stylist next to her was rude and said oh my god you cut it all why would you do that? Trust me this is not what I wanted. I’ve never written a review on google before but after this experience I felt it was necessary. After waiting 24 hours to see if I really wanted write a review since I typically don’t like to I’ve decided I still want to. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
