Critical: ProfessionalismI was referred by a friend to come here because her nails are always great. Done by Nicole. My experience was definitely not good. My appointment was saturday at 130PM, she didn’t start working on my nails until 3:00PM. When she was finally done, I was in love with them.(picture on the right is from same day). Today is Wednesday and one of my nails it’s already lifted. I paid $115 for nails to look pretty, and last 3 days? I don’t think so. Texted and called the salon, all for the lady to tell me that any day after 5 pm is not good because they’re busy, like are you serious? It’s not like it will take you another 3 hours to fix one nail. I was referred by a friend to come here because her nails are always great. Done by Nicole. My experience was definitely not good. My appointment was saturday at 130PM, she didn’t start working on my nails until 3:00PM. When she was finally done, I was in love with them.(picture on the right is from same day). I got a full set and all my nails started to live and one can clean off like I had a press one now they all would have start coming off just like that like if it was a present one had their pants 60 bucks I would expect better work

You call to make an appointment and you still sit and wait 1 hour after your appointment time. They don’t take responsibility for their wrongdoings . Zero stars i would recommend this salon to my dog!

They are so kind & know exactly what you want & give you the best mani & pedis! They really know their client base on a personal level & I love that about this place! Ask for Nicole she is the absolute best & can do really incredible designs!!
