Would leave negative stars if I could. My wife signed up for a 3 month package. She was charged for 7 months. Apparently you have to give 30 days notice when you sign up or you’ll keep getting charged even if you haven’t tanned any time after these 3 months. We got charged for 3 months in two days because the charges didn’t go through when they first tried. So they’ll keep trying until they get the money they believe they’re due. Owner was not helpful at all.

I’ve always had great experience w/every1 there.Beds are amazin! I’m 5″11 so it’s hard 2lay Dwn & Tan even,so I go 4the stand up beds so I can move around &cover all areas.They have so much 2offer.If u haven’t tried them u should definitely. Great Tan,I’m prayin they still have the stand up beds.i love them&it only takes 10-15 max& you’re good 2go.

I wish the new owner would redo this FB page and change its name to the new salon name! I had horrible experiences when it was still Rio. Now that is 4Season the new owner is awesome!! They are working to improve the whole place but it’s already 100% better. So if u haven’t tried it out in past few months give them another try

Worst experience ever! Signed a 30 day cancellation form which is their policy. They apparently “lost” the form I signed and deducted money anyway. I did get a refund. THEN, 2 months later they deducted the follow 2 months . When I called the owner, she was so rude, argumentative and said I never cancelled and she didn’t remember anything. I disputed with my bank, got my money back THEN she disputed saying that never happened. She is so unprofessional, so rude, dishonest and WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! Can’t believe she is still in business.

Please make sure that if you get any kind of package with them and cancel make sure you get a cancellation form and I would even get the front desk to sign a date your copy as well. Obviously they cannot keep up with paper work. Owner is highly unhelpful and didn’t even call me back! I had to call her she didn’t say she was sorry for accidentally losing the form. Borderline argumentative and rude.

My experience was terrible. I went in for the Lipo Like sessions. Nobody could work the machine properly. They measured me one time and after receiving 10 sessions I was never measured again. The Lipo did “not” work. Once you pay, you are on your own.
