Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI just had my first massage appointment with Jenny. Let me just say, it was amazing. First off the location was so convenient downtown Cayucos, her massage room was so peaceful too. I immediately felt relaxed when I entered her space. The massage was just right and I felt like she knew exactly what I needed. She really took the time to get to know what my needs were and really addressed all my massage needs. I highly recommend Jenny for all your massage needs. I just had my first massage appointment with Jenny. Let me just say, it was amazing. First off the location was so convenient downtown Cayucos, her massage room was so peaceful too. I immediately felt relaxed when I entered her space. The massage was just right and I felt like she knew exactly what I needed. She really took the time to get to know what my needs were and really addressed all my massage needs. I highly recommend Jenny for all your massage needs. I’m even going to get a gift certificate for my bestie so she can have one of these amazing massages too!

Critical: ProfessionalismTried to have hair and makeup handled here for my wedding but couldn’t even set an appointment. I called to make a reservation for hair, their makeup girl had to be contacted later as she lives out of town. The man on the phone never got back to me about said aesthetician. I called a week later and he didn’t have my name, date or time of desired appointment…no record. After telling him the info once more there was still no clear answer regarding makeup. He asked for a third time what my name was and I expressed my annoyance at that point. Tried to have hair and makeup handled here for my wedding but couldn’t even set an appointment. I called to make a reservation for hair, their makeup girl had to be contacted later as she lives out of town. The man on the phone never got back to me about said aesthetician. I called a week later and he didn’t have my name, date or time of desired appointment…no record. After telling him the info once more there was still no clear answer regarding makeup.
