Worst nail place I’ve ever been to! They took advantage of it being my first time going and charged me $85 for some simple short “squared” nails that were PLAIN WHITE!! And the male who attended was being kinda rude, insisting I get another shape of nails that I did not want. What I got is definitely NOT worth $85!! Never again!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible experience!!! I came in with my 6 year old daughter. I asked for a pedicure for myself and if they had regular polish and they said “only gel”. I wanted to get her toe nails painted with regular polish. The cost to paint her nails would have been $30! I declined. The pricing menu for pedicures offered the option of regular polish or gel polish. So I asked once again if regular polish was an option, she replied “it’s whatever you’d like to pay for!”. (And they only accept cash by the way). Regular polish manicure is $30 and gel polish manicure is $42. I’m not from Warrensburg, I’m in town from Dallas, GA visiting family, and I was a bit sticker shocked to say the least. But hey, they had an ATM machine for my convenience.During my pedicure, my technician was rude, she asked “who did that to your nails? They sanded them down too much”.Then I asked her to remove more of an ingrown nail, she said “you still feel it, but I got it all”. She then attempted to remove it again and got it all that time.Then the Vietnamese started clearly talking about me. She was completely rude and fast with her service, it was not relaxing at all. After polish was applied, she had to redo the left big toe because the polish didn’t apply correctly. The redo was worse than before but when she was done she literally grabbed her Louis Vuitton bag and left the building! I asked her co-worker if he would fix it, he replied “she will fix it when she gets back”. I said I really prefer that someone other than her fix it if that’s ok. Just tried this nail salon today. It had an amazing atmosphere. Very quiet and peaceful. I sat down for a pedicure and they brought lots of color options to me and made me feel like a princess. They even had more dip colors than I was use to. The massage chair was also something from a dream. I was taken care of quickly and I feel rejuvenated. I will be going back!
