I was early for my call ahead appointment and taken right on time/a few minutes early. My stylist was Jenny T. She was VERY precise with my shaping and making sure multiple times that my nails were even. She checked herself after every step of filing to make sure the length was not uneven. I really appreciate that she was that prideful of her work to make sure it was accurate! I don’t mind paying $55 for a set when the artist does a great job! Today was my first time here! I read the google reviews and decided to try it since I live close by. I was early for my call ahead appointment and taken right on time/a few minutes early. My stylist was Jenny T. She was VERY precise with my shaping and making sure multiple times that my nails were even. Alot of staff doing nails at the same time. Just wished my nail tech had listened to me about how my nail grows broken. She insisted it would be fine……3 days later I had to glue it. Other than that, it’s a pretty good shop. My daughter drives 1/2 hr just so she can have her favorite tech do her nails. Troy is probably the only person there that actually listens

I love this place, found them about two years ago. They understand the assignment! Whatever I want they make it happen. Annie is my go to girl! Today I went to Rio because my regular salon was booked up. The man on the phone was so polite so I figured I’d have a positive experience. When arriving, the man doing my nails just said “come over here” without saying hello or introducing himself. He shaped my nails beautifully. He didn’t know how to do French, so he asked someone else to come over and do my design. I asked for her to fix a smudge he left on my nail, she rolled her eyes and fixed it. I brushed it off. Then, when applying the white she missed a spot, I again politely let her know, she replied with “I covered it with the silver design you can’t see it.” I said “yes, I see it, you missed a spot with white.” She then said “Well what do you want then?” I just asked for the white to be fixed, then after that she gave me a dirty look and walked away. I felt very uncomfortable, I don’t think I will come back. The nails came out beautiful after being fixed, but based on the interaction I had from both tech, I won’t be back.

My first visit here was really good but the one earlier this week not so much. I made an appointment with the gentleman, I think he was owner since he did my nails really good the first time. But when I arrived to my appointment, the man was not there and the ladies there acted like I didn’t have an appointment. I was told that the man I made an appointment with only did nails but again he wasn’t even there to do them before or after the pedicure. A lady was going to start my pedicure but stopped because her appointment showed up. The pedicure was awful and rushed. She barely used the exfoliater on my feet. I’ll have to fix them myself. For almost $40 I just expected more. So I’ll probably opt to not get pedicures if I return. She did much better on my nails. Overall I left annoyed and unsatisfied. I made the appointment to prepare for my birthday but feel like I wasted my time going.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I was looking forward to trying Rio. I made an appointment, it took an hour to get me started. I was treated like an annoyance when I asked for my water to be turned on/adjusted. The person doing my pedicure rushed, and didn’t listen…and it wasn’t very good.

This was by far my worst experience ever at a nail salon. I wanted a pedicure & pink & white acrylic set. When I was finished my gel pedicure he told me to put my shoes back on so I didn’t think anything of it because I was getting my full set done right after . I went home & realized the bottom of my feet were still rough w/ dead skin & my nail polish was so uneven then my full set of nails started chipping the next day so I went back & told them the situation the woman argued w/ me telling me it was the way my feet were (which is bs) then told me I had to pay for them to fix it. Also I suggested a new color instead of white just so it wasn’t more noticeable if it were to chip again & the woman said no I would have to pay full price. I spend 104$ on top of tipping 25$ . I will never go there again because of there customer service. Horrible place

Had an appointment at 3. The place was packed, the only communication my guests and I received from the employees was to wash our hands. About 5 minutes went by without an update or any further communication, so we left. Unwelcoming atmosphere. We will give them another chance and the review will be updated.
