Critical: Punctuality, QualityMy first time coming here. The ladies are the sweetest, but the quality isn’t there. My pedicure- she did backwards. She didn’t add any oil/lotion after she rinsed off the scrub. She added the lotion to the scrub. So once rinsed my feet felt dry. My manicure, I went in for a simple manicure and a simple design. It couldn’t be done I tried and the lady. So I said just make 2 lines. Literally 2 lines and charged 10. There’s blue polish on my other nails and gel polish on my fingers. I did let them know.
