BY FAR The absolute best nail place I have ever visited. My friend and I were on a trip here with our collegiate running team and had some extra time so we walked over here from our hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service we received. They did an amazing job on my acrylic nails! I wish I lived closer.

I would not recommend. I went here about two weeks ago. I asked for a full acrylic set and had to write my name on a piece of notebook paper. After I was sat, my nail lady (I forget her name as it’s been a little more than a week) spent the entire time yelling and speaking to people around the store the entire time. The table itself wasn’t clean when I sat my hands and arms on it. No towel was placed under me. I had the dust from whatever client sat there last on me. While doing my nails, I would point out things she wasn’t doing, such as not dusting off my hands after buffering and the drill or the unevenness of my nails and she would tell me not to worry about it. When my hands had been completely covered in dust, I then began to dust off my hands myself and she was finally like oh I’ll do that for you. The final strike was when her and another worker joked about the tip another customer left saying maybe it could buy her a power ball ticket so then she could actually use it for something. My nails themselves are nice from afar. Looking at them closely there are so many imperfections. Also it has yet to be a full two weeks and I have two broken nails that have broken and cracked my nails themselves. Making it to where my nails will have to heal and grown to consider getting a new set will not be returning. Plus the brushes they has you wash your hands with after they finish look gross.

I was super nervous about going here. We just moved from Houston and I hate finding a new salon to go to after being comfortable with with. This salon was super close to my home and after reading the reviews I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into. I left very satisfied. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I wasn’t waiting forever. I loved the conversation while getting my services done. Will for sure be making this my new salon!

I went in for a shellac manicure. Very nice staff and no wait but I was very rushed at beginning. They were starting filing my nails before I could even pick a color and then were rushing to take the color thing from me to give to someone else. My tech went above and beyond to make the glitter color I wanted look good so that was a plus. They didn’t paint the edge some of my nails, like happens at a lot of salons when they’re in a hurry. They also filed the ends/edges after painting which leads to the color chipping off sooner.

I stepped into Rio this morning not knowing what to expect. I believe her name was Rose, and she was the sweetest nail tech who actually LISTENED when I told her what I wanted. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. I went in today before going to work, I’ve been going to the same nail salon for the last year but recently they stopped doing exactly what I asked or even taking the time to do a good job. I stepped into Rio this morning not knowing what to expect. I believe her name was Rose, and she was the sweetest nail tech who actually LISTENED when I told her what I wanted. Very unprofessional, I didn’t like how my toes came out I tried to explain it to them and they tried to say it was my toe. So then he does it again and still unsatisfied rushing because it’s passed closing time. Then I just told them to take it off and If I could possibly get $10 taken off and I’ll pay for the service as in the massage, filing . Etc they kept going on back and forth and then want to tell other clients my business and cuss and say “we never want to see you come back again”
