Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went twice in two days! Once to have my eyebrows waxed and a second time for a pedicure. The lady that did my eyebrows listened to what I wanted and did what she needed to do to fix my at-home mistakes. The second day, I walked-in with two friends, for pedis and manis. We waited all of five minutes before we sat for our pedicures! Vicki performed my spa pedicure with foot treatment and it was fabulous! The massage was great and she even double checked about my polish….I wanted white and she confirmed if I wanted a sheer or opaque white. I also mentioned I like sparkle so she grabbed a sparkly white to see if i liked it better than what I had initially chosen…I did and I LOVED it!!!!!!can’t wait to come back!Services: Waxing, PedicureI went twice in two days! I went twice in two days! Once to have my eyebrows waxed and a second time for a pedicure. The lady that did my eyebrows listened to what I wanted and did what she needed to do to fix my at-home mistakes. The second day, I walked-in with two friends, for pedis and manis. Critical: Professionalism, QualityHorrible! I decided to try here instead of my normal place and I regret it. I was sat down at a station and had one woman file my nails. She then got up to talk to another coworker and left me sit there for 20 MINUTES! When i asked who was going to do my nails she gave attitude and told me to wait a few minutes. All of this for a simple acrylic refill that should have taken 30 minutes. Not only was the service horrible, I looked at my credit card and they charged me 3 times. I questioned the charges and they said their machine does that sometimes but the charges would go away. It has been 2 weeks and i still have the charges!Service: Acrylic nailsHorrible! Horrible! I decided to try here instead of my normal place and I regret it. I was sat down at a station and had one woman file my nails. She then got up to talk to another coworker and left me sit there for 20 MINUTES! When i asked who was going to do my nails she gave attitude and told me to wait a few minutes. It had been over a year since my last manicure, and my nails and cuticles were a mess. CINDY was absolutely amazing !! She took her time with me and made sure my hands were in the best condition they could be! I got the french manicure with gel polish. She also waxed my eyebrows and did a beautiful job. The spa itself was clean and the owner and nail techs were all very nice. I would highly reccomend this salon. Cindy was the best! I visited the salon yesterday. Walked in without an appointment and was accepted right away and assigned to Cindy. It had been over a year since my last manicure, and my nails and cuticles were a mess. CINDY was absolutely amazing !!
