Terrible customer service if you do dip they will do a gel manicure first even if you are waiting longer. You can’t ask for anything to be fixed because they get mad and blame you like you are the problem. Years of money and always being polite I’m so fed up with this. Learn to treat your loyal customers instead of treating us like we are a burden.

They make beautiful nails but make sure you go early during the day cause when you go near closing time(5pm)even tho I got there at 3:30pm, they would rush on your nails and do whatever they prefer to do(I asked for a full set and the lady told me to go back the next day and instead she did me a gel manicure), also some of them are very harsh on the cuticles during gel manicure, got them hurt on this session. Overall they are nice people but need to upgrade their customer service a bit.

After all these years coming to this business I’ve never had a problem. But today I was waiting for almost three hours for someone to do an acrylic overlay, and only one lady know how to do this. After telling me yeah they can, out of no where they said they cannot do it and that the lady is going to leave . I wasted three hours of my life for this

I have been going here since they first opened up and I love them. The shop is clean and all the employees are focused on doing their job. I only go to Tim who is super meticulous during pedicures and actually takes his time! Feet feel 100x better after a pedicure with him. Best nail tech ever.

This place is small. When I say small I mean small you are literally close to the next person that you can start a conversation whispering. Too add the chairs you sit on for the pedicure they don’t want you to touch the controls so you sit there and wait until your done. The chairs you sit for manicure regular party chairs not much comfort. The place looks clean but from what I noticed they don’t practice full cleanliness of equipment from what I’ve seen at other nail parlors/salons. For example taking out tools of bags in front of you that have been cleaned and sterilized. Even the disposable sanders that they put on when you do a clear/color/gel on your toes were not pulled out a plastic bag. In all honesty they looked used and there was a box that had used one ones them so hopefully I am wrong. All in all if you just need to get the nails done then it does the job but you’ll be uncomfortable.

They made me wait for 3 hours to get my nails done. My sister and I were made to go last. They took people that went after us to do their nails. In the end, our final nails were left incomplete and quite frankly, ugly. If you want quality nails, don’t go here. Also when we asked how long the wait was when we got there, they said they didn’t know. Had we known it was going to be three hours, we never would’ve stayed.
