First time coming to Rio & first time in YEARS that I’ve gotten my nails done, but I wanted them done for my birthday, & this is the FIRST time I’ve ever had them this long. I will forever be going back to this location & this nail tech! Ann did an INCREDIBLE job!! I went to her not really knowing what I wanted, only that I wanted them to represent the start of cancer season ♋️, and the Summer Solstice ☀️. & I know that can be frustrating. We figured it out together, I gave her 2 small pictures to reference, & her work came out better than I ever expected. I have a hard time with getting my nails done, as I’ve always seemed to be hurt or knicked in some way, but Ann was so gentle; she took her time to get the best result she could, and carried conversation to make me feel as comfortable as possible! Thank you SO MUCH, Ann. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! ❤️ I thought one hand was my favorite because the other was unfinished, and once finished, I could no longer decide lol I also got a pedi yesterday by Tim & it was so relaxing. I highly recommend this place!!!

First let me start by saying my daughter has a very difficult time finding a place to get her nails done because her hands shake a lot. She decided to stop by Rio and she said that her nail tech made her feel so comfortable and at ease that little by little her shaking diminished and by the latter part of the appointment they weren’t shaking at all. I don’t know who it was, but thank you for making her feel so at ease, last place she went to the nail tech kept making ugly faces at her and pushing her hands around which caused her shaking to get worse. Not to mention her nails look AMAZING! Thank you so much

First time getting my nails done here and had a horrible experience, the lady who did my nails didn’t seem happy to do them from the start she was pulling my hands was talking to me rude she rushed the entire time I was out in less than 30min while she was laying the acrylic she had me put my hand under the lamp to dry I’ve been having my nails done for over 14yrs and I’ve NEVER had someone do that and it felt like someone lit my finger tips on fire I told her it was burning and she had me take them out and pored alcohol on my fingers then proceeded to have me do my other hand and same thing happened. I asked her to file the acrylic that was under my nail and she seemed to get upset she didn’t have me wash my hands before finishing with a top coat so I have a TON of bubbles under nails. When finished she poured the cuticle oil in my hands as if it was lotion my hands were covered in dust and oil they felt so gross not to mention she cut me pretty bad I was bleeding and asked if it hurt… of course it did. Overall not happy and definitely will not be going back should’ve listened to the recent reviews.

After 4 visits I can honestly say this is the beat Nail salon I’ve ever visited. I love that everyone is treated with the same courtesy and they work hard to make sure you are completely satisfied. I will definitely make it my choice from now on after so many years of poor treatment at salons. Thank you Rio Nail Bar! You guys are a solid 10 out of 10 in my book. Please keep doing what you’re doing and you will outshine all the rest!

the nails i got done we’re great, my nail tech did it exactly like the picture, but the person who did my eyebrows was very rough and aggressive with grabbing my head and pulling the wax off. definitely won’t get my eyebrows done here again Acrylic nails, Waxing, Body waxing
