I’ve had some good experiences and I’ve gone in and waited 30 mins when they said they could take me right away.. I’d rather come back later, if they would just tell me. The one lady that sits at the table in the front middle was rude and completely tore up my cuticles and they stung for a few days. Thankfully they didn’t get infected.

I love my nails!!!! The dip Typically lasts 3-4 weeks without any portion of the nail coming up or breaking off. Also, the price for all of this is very reasonable and on par with what I was paying in a different city.

Overall I want to start this saying I would not go back to this place. I have tried a lot of nail places in Ankeny and this was my least favorite. Firstly we had appointments at noon for pedicures and my sister waited AN HOUR before someone came over to her chair to start her pedicure. Secondly I got dip powder on my fingernails and they look like black globs. They are not shaped well at all. They are way too thick. One of my nails is now misshapen because she over filed it on the outsides. She was very rough on my cuticles. My toenails look fine, those are gel. Lastly this place was WAAAAAYYYYY TOO EXPENSIVE. I paid almost $150 not including tip for nails that I was completely disappointed with and toenails that I was a satisfied, not excited, just satisfied.
