She then asked me to have a seat for a few minutes as I did show up about 15 minutes early. About 7/8 minutes later she escorted me to the room where I would be getting my service done. The wax technician came in and introduced herself. She was pleasant the whole time and patient with me as I am pregnant. She kept me engaged and educated me on the whole waxing process. From the moment I walked in the receptionist greeted me and asked my name to confirm the appointment I booked online. She then asked me to have a seat for a few minutes as I did show up about 15 minutes early. About 7/8 minutes later she escorted me to the room where I would be getting my service done. I got the cocoa wax since it was a little less painful and let me tell you BEST CHOICE EVER. She is very great at what she does, I barely felt anything. I also ended up getting a hydrogel mask after the waxing because I have very sensitive skin and I’ve had these red bumps that wouldn’t go away. She gave me a lot of advice and recommendations as to how I should treat it. I really did enjoy how thorough she was. She sounded like she really wanted to help me out and it’s that kind of service that makes me want to come back. I scheduled another appointment the same day and I bought the sugaring scrub and the PFB they have for after waxing. So far they’ve been helping and hopefully those red bumps will be gone soon!! I went in to the Sunrise location for the first time to get a Brazilian. Mariani was the one who helped me out. I got the cocoa wax since it was a little less painful and let me tell you BEST CHOICE EVER. She is very great at what she does, I barely felt anything. Although I’ve been waxing for a while now, I always feel some type of pain when I get my monthly waxes. This is my first time at Rio and the pain was VERY minimal. I’ll be coming back for sure. Mariani was wonderful. I can honestly say this experience was virtually painless. Although I’ve been waxing for a while now, I always feel some type of pain when I get my monthly waxes. This is my first time at Rio and the pain was VERY minimal. I’ll be coming back for sure. The price is great and she’s very thorough with the brazilian wax. No complaints from me.
