They’re always not on point. They say that you appointment is at a certain time but when you get a email they say it is a different time on their system. Also their schedule is way off point and make other people wait longer than they’re supposed to. This is not responsible and would never come back. We should all deserve better. I am very disappointed.

Brazilian Wax! I’m not sure if it was Angel’s first day or what but this was a terrible experience for me. Her not speaking English was the first red flag. I tried telling her she didn’t have to wax around my piercing because it’s still healing but she put a glob of wax right on top of it & almost ripped it out. It hurt so bad! She also had strings of wax all over my leg & somehow got wax on the bottom of my foot lol. I won’t return to this location.

All other employees are fine with the exception of Autumn. She was not compassionate to address my concerns. I informed her that the wax was extremely hot, she ignored. She did not prep my skin prior to waxing. I wax faithfully so this is not my 1st time. She then said, “I have waxed you before, so you are aware of how I wax.”. Please do not book with Autumn. Also when I got home, there was blood due to the heat and excessive pull from the wax.

Went to get a Brazilian Wax done and the time was set for 30 minutes however Eloire didn’t need 30 minutes; she was done in less than 10. She is fast but accurate!!

Omg!!!! My eye brows look absolutely terrible… they aren’t sisters or cousin… they’re not even distant relatives… I tried this place because my regular places were closed for the holiday. I told her I want to leave them thick and she did not listen. She took way to much on the outside and inner eye brow, made them thinner, and went way to dark for my tinting. I paid over $40 and have to wait several months for them to grow back. Never coming back as they messed up my brows right before a wedding that I am in. I am so upset!!!!
