Daniella was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She checked on me throughout my wax to make sure I was comfortable and receiving the best service. OMG! Best waxing experience ever! I appreciate the cleanliness and thoroughness of my Esthetician. She was always very knowledge, precise and friendly. Made my entire waxing experience relaxing. Plus the prices are very reasonable in comparison to other facilities in the area. I even got the nose wax which was an experience within itself but it didn’t hurt and I’m now hair free in my nose. Again great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff and most importantly thorough. I look forward to my next visit and more.

The worst experience everrrr. This is a new location. I stopped in at 10am it took the tech 45 mins to wax me. Due to The wax being extremely hot also she kept stopping to go to the desk she was the only one there. After she was done waxing me, when it was time for me to check out. It took her another 25 minutes to figure out a way for me to pay with my card. After leaving extremely frustrated because I was on the way to the airport. I have never taken that long to check out nor received a wax in the last 15 years that I’ve been waxing. One of the owners called me while I was in route to the airport and instead of him refunding me my money due to the poor service as well as the issue with checking out he offered me another wax. I politely declined the free wax because my time is very valuable and I don’t want to ever have to experience losing that much time receiving a wax. When I asked about the refund he told me that they don’t do refunds so I nicely blocked his number. And I am now leaving a review if I could have left zero stars that’s what it would have been. Do not waste your time. Going to this location it is a new location but it was not clean it was poor service and their system is trash. Do not believe these five star reviews that is what I went off of and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. And as you can see to the response that was left they are very unprofessional. I was late due to their system not working. I didn’t rush my service but a 45 min for a Brazilian is ridiculous. I would never give my time and attention to this business anymore. What type of owner gets on the review and goes back-and-forth with a customer that let you know what type of business this is !!!!!
