Critical: QualityI’ve never had a salon botch my hair as much as this place did. I went here on 1/22/2022 for a curly cut. My stylist bragged about being a “curl specialist.” She gave me the worst hair cut of my entire life. The top layer is literally like 3-4 inches shorter than the next layer, which caused my entire top layer to pop out and look so bad. It’s even difficult for me to explain how bad this hair cut is. For any of you curly girls out there, you can understand how infuriating this is since growing out your hair and seeing actual length for curly hair takes a such a long time. She kept apologizing once she was finished styling my hair and we could see how bad it was and offered to have my hair fixed by another stylist. The only fix at this point was to cut even more hair to even it out (my curly hair pre cut barely reached my shoulders). It’s safe to say that I will never ever go back to this salon. I normally don’t write negative reviews, but as someone who recently moved into town that relies heavily on yelp and google reviews, I though it was important to write this. I’ve never had a salon botch my hair as much as this place did. I went here on 1/22/2022 for a curly cut. My stylist bragged about being a “curl specialist.” She gave me the worst hair cut of my entire life. We recently moved to the area and my hair needed a trim, so I tried out this salon. I’ve had many curly cuts before and knew what I wanted for a quick dry trim. Lilliana was great!! Kendra, Hannah, and Avery were our stylist for the day! And they were fantastic! Avery did makeup on all of our bridal party, she was super easy to talk to and enjoyable to be around, the make up was fabulous! She listened to concerns and had our groups Look fabulous! Kendra did both brides and she too awesome! She was flexible with working our schedule to do a trial run! She was fun and laid back! Hannah did our bridesmaids and was phenomenal the hair was perfect, the make up was perfect! We could not have asked for better!
