Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time and last time I will patronize this business.I sat down in the chair, told the woman what I wanted, and she laughed and said she had never heard of my request before (despite it being a fairly common cut).She made a joke about my request and I tried to explain the cut. instead of asking for further clarification or trying to better understand, she quickly went to work. Ultimately, the cut she gave me didn’t look particularly bad, but it certainly wasn’t what I wanted and was much, much shorter than what I had in mind.She was very hasty with her work and nicked me several times, and had very little regard for my comfort in general.In short: She laughed about my request, gave me what SHE thought I wanted, and was unpleasant in the process.It seems, given these reviews, that I’m not the only customer they have disregarded.
