LanNette is fantastic!! She took the time at the beginning of our appt to do a thorough consultation and gave me lots of advice for how I can improve my skin. The facial itself was wonderful. Very relaxing and my skin felt great after! She set a skin care plan for me and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her! I booked a facial for the first time with LanNette and was blow away by how genuine and intentional she was. She helped educate me on the skin’s biology and gave me a wonderful, relaxing facial that I would book again in a heartbeat. She also did not pressure me into buying her products (which I am buying anyway!) and moreso wanted me to be aware of the ingredients I am using on my skin. If anyone has skin concerns, I would recommend them to LanNette for unique, personalized care, and even if someone just wanted a nice facial I would also recommend her for that too!

LanNette was amazing! Not only was she personable and welcoming, she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable!! I cannot put into a paragraph how pleased we were to find LanNette. My almost 11 year old loved her! She was able to get through to her that all these influencers she sees do not know what is best for her skin and most have little to no experience. We went there for a simple service and happened to ask questions about skin care. LanNette ended up spending an hour with us answering questions followed by a very thorough and informative email. You can tell she really cares. I’m so glad we found her now so we can start doing all the right things while my daughter is young instead of making all the wrong guesses. She even spent way more time with us and seemed to know more about acne then our Dermatologist ! Looking forward to working with her for years to come!

LanNette is a treasure trove of information and clearly loves being an Esthetician. She has been helping me with my almost 50 yr old facial issues. During my 1st appt, she spent at least 45 minutes before my facial getting to know me, my skincare habits and shared a plethora of suggestions, as good skin care is not just about what you put on your face. She formulated a plan for long term correction of my skincare issues and has adjusted it along the way. She is not pushy, but the opposite, cautious in her approach to addressing my skincare needs (it’s a marathon, not a sprint). While you don’t have to use the skincare line she uses, I have found the cost comparable to other professional products and I have not experienced allergic reactions, which is often the case, as I have sensitive skin. Beyond her knowledge of skincare, she is kind & patient and available to answer questions outside of my appt. I am sure her AZ clients miss her, but PA is lucky to have her.
