Love Dr Rigor but with the variants of Covid running rampant, I was surprised he entered my room with noMask. His nurse did not as well. I mentioned my confusion, and they promptly donned masks. Unsettling.

I went to my first appointment to consult about using laser therapy to treat nail fungus. “Doctor” Rigor told me I would need to do a biopsy on the nail and lab test to confirm what it was before treating. I asked how much, and told $120. Then I asked how long will it take to know the results and he just mumbled with an attitude just call us in a week. I then received an additional bill from the lab itself for another $100. I was only told the cost of $120, not a total of $220. This guy is dishonest and has an attitude. I wouldn’t trust him, as his advice was to take oral anti-fungal medication, and he said it would hurt my liver, but still recommended taking oral meds along with 10 laser treatments that will cost a lot of money and I can sense he doesn’t want to help. Dishonest and not a professional.

Dr. Rigor is very approachable and knows what he’s doing. The staff there are kind and the prices for treatment are fair. I’ve looked for several doctors and they didn’t have what I was looking for until I found this Dermatologist. If you are looking for any dermatologist in pasadena, Dr. Rigor is your best choice.

TERRIBLE. LIAR. over priced, and under delivered. He said I was a great candidate for hair removal because I’m blonde, and that with the treatments I purchased, there would be permanent hair removal. Not. True. The first procedure, he started on “low” because he didn’t know my pain tolerance. I said it was very high. He ignored this. Kept it on low every treatment, despite my request to pump it up to ensure all hair removal. Also, during the second treatment, he said that I may need to purchase additional treatments. I said, there should be no need because you promised it would all be removed and I’m the “best candidate” for this procedure. Again. A lie. Don’t trust him. He will lie, cheat and steal your money.
