From the previous reviews, RightCare was at one time pretty good. Stephanie is still very caring. The staff unfortunately is no longer caring or helpful. Over the last several months it has been almost impossible the reach anyone a the clinic. The last time I tried to refill a prescription, I contacted my pharmacy and had them send in a request for refills. A couple of days later I contacted the pharmacy and was told that the refill that RightCare had not sent the prescription in. I tried to call RightCare for two day and was unable to reach anyone. I left several messages but no one returned my call. I finally went the their office and talked to one of the staff. I was advised that faxes from pharmacies will go directly to the patient’s file and they don’t see it. She then said that the patient then has to call and request the refill also. I told her that I had been trying to call them for two day and got no response. It was at this time that I decided to get a different primary care provider.

Having moved recently from Lebanon, I was looking for a new health care provider. Several neighbors highly recommended RightCare. The facility is not as massive as my old provider and has a great and caring staff. I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment as I often did at my old provider.
